late policy
Please plan on arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This ensures that our stylists will have adequate time to perform the desired service. We reserve the right to reschedule any client that is 15 minutes or more late.
cancellation policy
Heat reserves the right to charge 50% of the scheduled service fee for appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hours notice by phone or email.
children policy
For your child's safety, we require that all children be actively accompanied by an adult at all times while in the salon. For the comfort and enjoyment of all of our clients, we ask that our guests refrain from bringing children to the salon unless they are receiving a service. We appreciate your compliance and understanding in enforcing this policy.
no show policy
Heat reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service fee for NO SHOW appointments.
